1. To access the textbook:

• Go to www.zybooks.com and sign up.
• Enter code  NEWPALTZEGC220IzadiSpring2017 where prompted.
• Subscribe.

2. I encourage you to complete the zyBook called "How to use zyBooks," found in your library.

3. There is a free zyBook called "Troubleshooting Basics." Any student can add a copy to his/her library.
